What do I get with a £149 booking?
Your £149 covers the call-out fee plus the first hour of labour. You also automatically receive 6 months of Basic membership at no additional cost. This gives you £50 off every future call-out, 10% off parts, and discounts across all four trades.
What happens after my 6 months of free Basic membership?
We will email you around 14 days before your Basic membership expires. You can choose to renew at £89.99 per year, upgrade to Premium at £12.99 per month, or let it lapse. There is no auto-renewal without your consent.
What extra do Premium members get?
Premium members pay just £74 per call-out (£75 off), get 15% off parts instead of 10%, jump to the front of the booking queue for priority service, and receive a 12-month workmanship guarantee instead of the standard 90 days. Premium also includes same-day and next-day slots where available.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Basic membership after the free period is annual but you can cancel any time before renewal. Premium is month-to-month with no contract, no notice period, and no cancellation fee. Cancel from your account dashboard.
Does membership cover my whole household?
Yes. One membership covers your registered address. Anyone living at the address can book at member rates across all trades.
