A modern home services platform built for how people actually want to book repairs.
Voltrade is a UK home services platform that connects homeowners with qualified, vetted tradespeople for plumbing, electrical, boiler, and appliance repairs. The platform uses AI-powered diagnostics to identify the likely fault before an engineer visits, enabling upfront pricing and higher first-time fix rates.
Homeowners book online in under 60 seconds, see an estimated cost before committing, and pay securely through the platform. Engineers on Voltrade receive free diagnostic software, automated invoicing, and next-day payment.
Voltrade currently operates across 405 cities in England, covering plumbing, electrical, boiler repair, and appliance repair services.
You describe the problem online. Our repair intelligence engine analyses the description and estimates the likely fault. If the AI is confident, you see the full estimated repair cost upfront and can approve the quote before an engineer is dispatched. The engineer arrives with the right parts for a first-time fix.
If the diagnosis is uncertain, you pay the call-out fee only. The engineer attends, diagnoses the fault on-site, and quotes through the platform. You approve the total price on your phone before any work begins. No surprises.
Engineers set their own call-out and labour fees. Voltrade adds its margin on top. Engineers receive job notifications based on their location, availability, and trade. They accept or decline at their discretion.
Every engineer gets free access to Voltrade's AI diagnostic software, which provides fault predictions and parts identification before each visit. The platform handles all payment collection, generates HMRC-compliant self-billing invoices automatically, and pays engineers the next working day.
All engineers on the platform are self-employed, independently qualified, and carry their own public liability insurance. Voltrade verifies qualifications and vets every engineer before they join.
Voltrade is operated by GAM Administration LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England. Meet our engineering team.
