How quickly can I get an engineer?
Most bookings are fulfilled within 24-48 hours. For emergencies, select the earliest available slot and we prioritise matching you.
What happens if the AI diagnosis is wrong?
The AI estimate is informational only. The engineer's on-site assessment always takes precedence. If additional work or parts are needed, the engineer quotes through the platform and you approve before work continues.
What is the relationship between engineers and Voltrade?
No. All engineers are self-employed independent contractors. They carry their own qualifications and insurance. Voltrade verifies all credentials before approving engineers on the platform.
What does the 90-day guarantee cover?
If the same fault recurs within 90 days of the original repair, we arrange a return visit at no additional call-out cost. The guarantee covers workmanship - not new faults, normal wear, or misuse.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancel 24+ hours before for a full refund. Less than 24 hours, 50% is retained. Once the engineer is en route, the full call-out fee applies. See our terms for full details.
